You can most certainly return them. Our shops return policy would apply. 20% restocking fee, shipping nonrefundable and buyer pays return shipping.

Once returned we will process the refund. “If exchange”: Shipping is non-refundable, buyer pays for shipping back.
All customs/duties must be paid by the buyer. We will waive the 20% restocking fee only in the case of an exchange.
Glass items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
All vases/terrariums/glass items. If you are insistent on returning any glass items you can but if any glass is broken upon receiving then it will be deducted from the total.
If a package shows delivered and you have not received it goes under as a lost/stolen package and we are not responsible for these losses. If you are purchasing for an event and it does not get there on time, we do not take any guarantees on shipping even with express so it would be purchased at the buyer’s risk.
